ResetOrientation

Purpose. Reset NIfTI orientation to axis-aligned (identity rotation) while preserving voxel sizes, updating qform/sform and saving to the derivatives mirror.

What it touches

• ASL series and optional M0 under perf/

• The structural anat/<anat>.nii

Outputs

• Same filenames under derivatives/... with updated affine.

Configuration

• No parameters (currently). Operates on discovered inputs from data_descrip.
